Tactical Operative Espionage & Combat (TOEC) was a secretive organization founded by the President of USA with the purpose of doing his dirty work behind the scenes. As TOEC grew, it was given the new duty of rooting out and destroying other target organizations swiftly and silently no matter the affiliation, with no questions asked. However, with the increasing over usage of TOEC, rumors began to spread and it's secrecy was put in jeopardy resulting in TOEC going into a hibernation period. Now with the uprising of numerous threats against America and the President, TOEC has returned ready to serve their glorious country once more.
