Chimarrão/Yerba Mate

Chimarrão is a popular South American drink made from dried leaves of the Ilex paraguariensis plant. It is enjoyed in countries like Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay. The beverage has a bitter, earthy flavor and is traditionally shared in a group setting, promoting social interaction and camaraderie.

It's also known as Yerba Mate, or just Mate, in countries like Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay.

It's called Chimarrão in Brazil, the country where the drink originated from.
