Toy Flintlock 1807 Russian Musket.

In 1807, The empire decided to copy Britain and begin producing Tula pattern muskets for their lighter infantry. These were given out to "chosen men" within regiments. Little is known about the Tula as few were officially made, and the few that were made were either lost or buried over the years.
