a few years ago, G.U.N. attempted to create another being like atomic. they planned for months and when they finaly finnished him, sumone messed up a few coordinates, so there was a slight glitch in this atomic's DNA. he came out with no pupils, his spines standing up, and controls only dark chaos energy. he isnt evil, but isnt what you would call good either.
