- Recoil changes to M16A3 and C7A2

- Increased limits for skin UV offset and scale editing

- Fixed firerate display while spawned in for weapons which are limited by animations

We're taking a different approach to dynamic scalable menu so the new menu may not scale perfectly to all screens

Try playing around with /menuscale: and /menuaspectratio: commands to see what works best for you
