[UPD1 REBALANCE] Backrooms Incremental: Remastered

Long awaited remaster of the incremental game based off of the backrooms.

! This is a testing phase. Expect bugs, crashes, and unexpected behaviour. All included features are subject to change !

Rebalance:

- Rebalance to every upgrade tree, making energy harder and starter buildings slightly harder (made it too easy last update).

- Resets are better to not spam but do a more valuable reset in two ways: More AW means more buildings now, and resets have a timer (20s Buildings, 60s Energy)

- More energy upgrades, up to 80T

- Added an upgrade that you can find around the map

- Increased the number of pipes from 12 -> 40

UPDATE 1:

- New reset layer

- New Settlement

- Fixed many bugs

- Added 25+ Upgrades

Keys:

- Run: LShift / Left Stick / L3

- Interact: E / X / Square

- Vault: E / X / Square
