Rewrite Public Testing Grounds

Place where all the revamped inadequate mod assets and code are being held.

This is a testing game, not everything is finished and there will be occasional bugs.

However, please report any of said bugs on the group wall or server.

This currently is mainly worked on by one person, with occasional help from another, please excuse the time :D.

Will turn to Inadequate Mod Legacy once rewrite releases which will have the old assets.

-Rewriting original spawnables in spawn menu

-Intro sequence

-Workshop (dupes, saves, and eventually custom maps), unlikely to be done by release
