- Speed Potion -> 50% stun reduction

- Jump Potion -> Can Jump while Stunned

- Packed Ice Stun: 1.5sec -> 1.25sec

- Branch Stun: 3sec -> 2sec

- Chain Stun: 0.8sec -> 1.3sec

- Using escape tool causes cooldown on all weapons
