"How do I get cash?"

In the middle of the ocean, there are fishes on the ocean surface area. If you collect them, you will get 1 - 3 cash. If you get enough, you can buy Scuba gear. With Scuba gear, you can dive to the bottom of the ocean and find abandoned/sunk pirate ships. If you collect these pirate ships, they will award you handsomely with cash.
